Property Inspections
The purpose of a home inspection is to assess the condition of the residence at the time of the inspection using visual observations, simple tools and normal homeowner operational controls; and to report deficiencies of specific systems and components. Inspectors must perform all inspections in compliance with the Standards of Practice (SOP) set forth by the Washington state department of licensing.
Property Consultations
Commercial Property Inspections
We conduct research on the type of facility, evaluate the property against commercial building codes to help you understand the requirements and to ensure your investment is based on the most accurate information available.
Electrical Consultations
We are a licensed electrical contractor enabling us to perform in-depth electrical inspections, consultations, and provide estimated costs.
Sewer Scopes
A sewer scope inspection is a recored inspection of your sewer line using a flexible camera. The inspector guides the camera into your sewer line and looks for cracks, damage to the sewer lines, roots that may have grown through the pipe, and any other potential concerns that will be provided to you in a linked video.
Thermal Scanning
Thermal Scanning is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show homeowners things about their homes that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods.
Asbestos Testing
Do you have asbestos insulation or popcorn ceilings that need to be tested? We can take a sample to test suspicious materials for asbestos through a partnering laboratory.
Sometimes customers only want the basics. We provide consultations about the major items found in a property review. This includes discussions about defects or items that should be corrected prior to selling to help maximize the value of your property.
